The A.D. Francis Endowment Fund will be accepting grant applications through 5:00 p.m. Monday, August 10, 2020. Applicants are limited to public charities in the Winnsboro, Texas area and must be submitted electronically at ww.etcf.org.

“We are pleased to carry out the legacy of Mrs. A.D. Francis by assisting the Winnsboro Community Foundation with the distribution of the funds,” said Kyle Penney, President of East Texas Communities Foundation. “We look forward to reviewing the many great projects benefiting the residents of the Winnsboro Area.”

The A.D. Francis Endowment Fund, held at East Texas Communities Foundation (ETCF) in partnership with the Winnsboro Community Foundation (WCF), makes grants in support of strong projects based on good ideas and compelling needs in the Winnsboro community. The purpose of the Fund is to support and build the capacity of public charities. Funds may be used to develop new projects or enhance existing projects and programs already in place.

Applicants are limited to public charities with 501(c)(3) status providing services in Winnsboro, Texas. A grant committee composed of representatives of the community will review all grant applications. Based on available funding, grant request should be limited to a maximum of $5,000.
